How do I place an Order?

What is the cut-off time for overnight delivery?

Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM EST in order for the delivery to be sent the same day.

How do I retrieve my password?

Please go to Sign In/Register. Enter your email address and click "Forgot/Reset Password?". You will re-directed via e-mail link to reset your password.

Why do I have to pay sales tax?

UNITED STATES
analili.com does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of Florida, where customers are subject to their respective sales tax. For International orders, because taxes and duties vary by country, analili.com cannot determine what these fees will be and your purchase will be subject to your country's respective taxes and duties upon entrance. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

By purchasing goods from analili.com, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of Florida. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against analili.com arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Can I cancel, change or add something to my order?

To cancel or change an order, please contact customer service at: csonline@analili.com or call our toll free number at 1-800-285-0058. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Since our orders are immediately expedited by our order processing department, if you wish to add merchandise to your order after the order is placed, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise. We will do our best to ship these orders together. At times, however, we will not be able to accommodate this circumstance and will have to ship separately.

What does pre-order mean?

As a courtesy to our analili customers, we offer our Sneak Peek merchandise for sale before it arrives in our warehouse. These items are marked as pre-orders and shipped when the goods arrive at our shops. You can order these items to reserve your size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as they are available. Your credit card will only be charged once the items are shipped from our warehouse. The expected ship date for pre-ordered merchandise is noted on the product pages. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that we may experience delays. If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-ordered items and you select expedited shipping, we will only be able to apply the expedited shipping to the in-stock items.
